Overview

KPF , a global architecture practice headquartered in New York City, is seeking an experienced HRIS Analyst in New York City to maintain, configure and optimize our HR systems, with a strong focus on Workday, to support the firm's dynamic and collaborative environment. In partnership with our HRIS Manager, the person in this role will be instrumental in continuously guiding the KPF community to embrace all that Workday has to offer by finding unique and creative ways to design, implement, and maintain processes and programs to meet ever evolving business needs. Primary Responsibilities

Administer and optimize Workday HCM modules (Core HCM, Benefits, Advanced Compensation, Payroll, Recruiting, Onboarding, Time and Absence, Talent, Learning, People Experience and People Analytics). Build/configure Workday components (e.g., advanced reports, business processes). Develop and maintain custom Workday reports and dashboards for HR and leadership needs. Perform regular system audits, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data accuracy and compliance. Collaborate with HR and IT teams on system upgrades, integrations, and new feature rollouts. Provide end-user support and training on Workday functionalities. Maintain documentation of system configurations, processes, and best practices. Stay current on Workday updates and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency. Qualifications

Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field. 5 - 10 years of HRIS experience with a strong focus on Workday configuration and reporting. Proficiency in the Workday modules, including integrations, EIBs, and advanced reporting tools. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Advanced skills using Microsoft Office 365, particularly Microsoft Excel. Relevant HRIS certifications preferred. Work Environment

This position requires you to be in person in

our New York office

5 days per week. Pay Range
