Position Summary The Regional Field Recruiter provides full‑cycle recruiting services to the assigned business unit(s) in U.S. and Canadian markets, responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and delivering qualified diverse candidates for high‑volume field‑based positions including installation, direct sales, on‑location marketers, and field canvassers.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Understand the talent demands of assigned functional area and translate those demands into a staffing strategy with clear, results‑driven action items.
Develop creative sourcing plans, including traditional networking, grassroots outreach, digital paid advertising, and social media strategies.
Review resumes and applications, conduct phone interviews, and recommend top talent for a variety of positions, including front‑line recruiting for field‑based roles.
Screen, evaluate, and follow up with candidates on equipment requirements (if applicable) needed to join Leaf Home under the worker ecosystem (W2 or 1099).
Interview candidates in local field offices to assess fit for assigned requisitions.
Manage and track applicants, providing weekly recruitment status updates to the assigned business unit, team lead, or manager.
Conduct cold‑call recruiting through a high volume of outbound phone calls to prospective candidates and businesses.
Collaborate with management, peers, and HR colleagues to ensure consistency across the organization regarding policies and practices.
Ensure compliance with all required local, state, and federal employment and labor laws.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Experience And Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
2+ years of corporate, agency, or headhunter recruiting experience.
Intermediate experience supporting multiple business units in non‑exempt level recruiting.
Intermediate experience with one or more recruiting software platforms such as ZipRecruiter, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, Indeed, and various applicant tracking systems.
Ability to juggle multiple work activities and shift attention between tasks to meet the demands of stakeholders.
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑energy, team‑oriented environment with a “roll up your sleeves” mindset.
Hold oneself accountable and be self‑driven in accomplishing goals.
Detail‑oriented with the ability to focus on the task at hand and find efficient solutions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels.
Ability to logically connect ideas, scrutinize arguments, find inconsistencies, solve complex problems, and engage in reflection.
Ability to provide timely and empathetic service through all communication channels, prioritizing peer and customer needs.
Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and/or Access).
Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship (e.g., H1B).
Travel Requirements
More than 10% domestic travel required.
Overtime/Additional Hours Requirements
Additional hours may be required (exempt positions).
Physical Requirements
Normal office environment with hybrid work schedule. Office located in Hudson, OH or Toledo, OH.
Performs indoor work in a climate‑controlled environment.
Sedentary work; may need to exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally or negligible force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects.
