Responsibilities
Prepare detailed electrical estimates for commercial projects
Analyze blueprints and specifications using estimating software
Coordinate with project teams on bid proposals
Review subcontractor pricing and negotiate rates
Manage multiple concurrent estimates
Present estimates to clients and stakeholders
Support project managers during buyout
Track historical costs and productivity data
Requirements Must-Haves
7+ years of electrical estimating experience
Proficiency with estimating software
Strong knowledge of NEC and electrical systems
Experience estimating projects $2M+ in value
Excellent communication skills
Nice-to-Haves
Bachelor's degree in Engineering
Experience with design-build delivery
Knowledge of BIM and 3D takeoffs
Master Electrician license
