Vaco Technology is currently seeking a Tech Writer for a 5M+ Contract opportunity that is remote-based. The Tech Writer will define and own the end-to-end documentation strategy for new network technologies, including standards, workflows, and governance frameworks. Create / Maintain Technical Documents - SOPs / User Guides / Installation Manuals / Tech Specs / Network Diagrams / Training Materials Develop High-Quality Content Supporting Operation Activities - Deployments / Upgrades / DR Procedures Cross-Functional Collaboration - Network Architect / Engineers / Operations Teams / Project Managers to Collect / Validate Technical Information Conduct Interviews / Observe System Development and Operational Activities - Ensuring Accuracy / Completeness Organize / Maintain Documentation Repositories - SharePoint / Confluence / Internal Knowledge-base Systems with Proper Version Control / Accessibility Edit / Proofread Content for Clarity / Consistency / Adherence to Style Guides Translate Complex Technical Concepts into Clear / User-Friendly Content for Diverse Audiences Create Diagrams / Flowcharts / Visuals - Enhancing Overall Comprehension Partner with Engineering / Operations Teams - Reviewing Documentation for Accuracy / Consistency Drive Continuous Improvement of Documentation Processes / Tools / Standards Innovate to Enhance Customer Operational Experience / Knowledge Management Practices Strong Organizational Skills and Ability to Manage Multiple Projects Independently Job Requirements

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
