Our practice is primarily focused on catastrophic personal injury. This is not a remote or hybrid position. You must be willing and able to work at our downtown Los Angeles office. We are very selective about the cases we accept and focus on the quality of the case rather than volume. This family-owned firm has offices in Beverly Hills, downtown Los Angeles, and Riverside. As an employee of Dordick Law, you\'ll be working with an exceptionally talented team of dedicated legal practitioners. Description As a pre-lit case manager at Dordick Law, you\'ll receive a competitive salary (based on your qualifications and experience), paid sick time, holidays, and PTO, as well as a handsome benefits package that includes our group health, vision, dental coverage (all 100% paid by the firm), an EAP, and a 401k program. Duties include: Handling pre-litigation files from intake to the filing of the complaint Ongoing quality client contact Working with insurers to resolve property damage/loss of use claims Sending rep letters, letters of preservation, and other client documentation Qualifications Spanish fluency - speaking, reading, and writing Minimum 3 years PLAINTIFF personal injury experience Knowledge of the injury claim process with insurance companies Knowledge of basic medical terminology with regard to PI injuries Careful attention to detail Ability to adhere to strict deadlines and prioritize tasks Bachelor\'s degree preferred but not required Salary $70,000 - $85,000 per year
