Responsibilities

Conducting substantive discovery and depositions

Developing winning case strategies

Drafting persuasive motions and briefs

Representing clients in state and federal courts

Conducting legal research

Developing and maintaining strong client relationships

Qualifications

4+ years of litigation experience, preferably in insurance defense, commercial litigation, professional liability, or construction defect experience

Exceptional research and writing capabilities

Demonstrated courtroom presence and deposition experience

Active South Carolina bar membership

Salary $100,000 – $150,000 per year

Location Columbia, SC, United States
