Property Manager – Riverstone Communities

Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service to residents, prospects, guests, and local municipalities.
Maintain a 100% occupancy rate on a consistent basis.
Collect rent and fees timely; follow up on late payments.
Ensure 100% compliance with company home standards through daily community inspections.
Manage an established property budget, maximizing profitability.
Respond to community needs outside normal business hours when emergencies arise.
Plan and execute quarterly resident events.
Set high standards for yourself and the team, managing performance expectations.
Maintain the property office to required standards, meeting deadlines on office work.
Perform prompt follow‑up on prospects and applicants.
Adhere to all state, government, and local Fair Housing guidelines.
Be invested in Riverstone Communities’ mission and vision for the supported property.
Perform other duties as qualified and trained to perform.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in property management, preferably mobile home property management.
3+ years of proven excellent customer service experience in person, over the phone, and written.
3+ years managing a successful team and vendor relationships.
Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a motor vehicle.
Ability to be very active – walking, bending, standing, lifting up to 50 lb.
Computer proficiency, including internet, Google or Microsoft programs, and email.
Initiative and ability to seek out details and information.
