Base pay range $80,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year

Key Responsibilities
Sign, seal, and review engineering drawings to meet industry standards.
Coordinate and execute engineering work in alignment with project plans and specifications.
Lead the engineering team to meet company objectives, ensuring projects finish on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.
Maintain strong client relationships and implement strategies to exceed sales goals.
Review and revise team roles and project strategies to optimize operations.
Provide daily insights and suggestions for continuous improvement and integration of new technology.
Apply mechanical engineering knowledge to develop solutions, perform calculations, and prepare detailed scopes of work for equipment upgrades.
What We’re Looking For
Educational background: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (10‑20 years of industry experience is preferred).
Leadership experience: Minimum of 10 years leading engineering teams in the commercial market with a record of sales growth and client retention.
Industry expertise: Extensive HVAC project experience in refrigeration and air conditioning, Professional Engineer (PE) license and proficiency in AutoCAD/Revit considered strong advantages.
Skills and abilities:
Strong interpersonal and written/oral communication.
Self‑starter who motivates and leads teams toward shared goals.
Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills.
