What Our Financial Advisors Do
Personal coach to military families focusing on evolving financial plans.
Help manage day‑to‑day finances, build lifetime assets, and protect against the unexpected.
Engage with the community to bring new clients with support from local district team and Home Office.
Partner with local military organizations, military units, and other institutions to serve the community.
Coach military on building comprehensive financial plans that include savings/banking, investments/wealth management, and insurance/risk management.
What We Offer
Specialized licensing and comprehensive training program for veterans, transitioning service members, and military spouses.
Full registration and licensing sponsorship and prep for SIE, S6, S63, S65, and state Life & Health licenses.
Paid training program with local district office after licensing.
Compensation structure: hourly wage for first three months (state minimum), transition to salaried with progressive incentives for nine‑month paid training period.
What To Expect After Training
Opportunity to become independent contractor Financial Advisor with First Command.
No cap on earning potential: commissions, residual income, bonuses, deferred compensation.

Desired Qualifications
