Personal Injury Paralegal

Job Summary The Heald Law Firm, PLLC is seeking a Litigation Paralegal with exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a passion for meeting deadlines. This candidate will thrive in a high‑volume work environment and help manage personal injury litigation cases.

Responsibilities

Drafting and filing initial petitions

Managing the service delivery of all citations

Drafting and completing all discovery shells

Managing and maintaining all calendaring & scheduling related to the progression of a personal injury caseload, including depositions and mediations

Preparing for trial

Qualifications

Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a litigation paralegal handling personal injury cases

Experience handling a caseload of 75 litigation cases is a strong plus

High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience with Filevine Case Management Software system is a plus

Experience handling cases in state and federal court is a plus
