Responsibilities & Capabilities
Ability to build trusting, professional relationships with patients, families, caregivers and referral sources.
Professional demeanor in collaborating with building leadership team to improve patient experiences.
Self-directed in organization and prioritization of tasks.
Capable of engaging community involvement for the betterment of resident physical, mental, emotional, & psycho-social well-being.
Willingness to assist residents with their personal preferences for daily activities.
Engages other staff members, volunteers or family members to assist with meaningful activities.
Preferred areas of experience:
Nursing Home Activities experience.
Prior leadership experience.
Certified or capable of obtaining certification as an Activity Director.
