Property and Leasing Coordinator – Franklin and Berkshire Counties
Join Clinical & Support Options, Inc. in coordinating the Low Threshold Housing (LTH) program in Franklin and Berkshire Counties.
CSO is seeking a Property and Leasing Coordinator to manage administrative and technical tasks in accordance with the Friends of the Homeless (FOH) LTH program rules and regulations. The position includes performing data collection, report preparation, and tenant services, all while ensuring compliance with fair housing laws. Starting salary is $45,000–$50,000 per year.
Responsibilities
Identify new landlords and apartments that meet LTH program requirements across Franklin and Berkshire Counties.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, including rent, occupancy, participant demographics, program eligibility, and socio‑economic data for monitoring.
Ensure all regulatory agreements, contracts, and fair housing laws are met in agency housing arrangements.
Conduct briefing sessions with new tenants to explain program regulations, lease obligations, quality standards, and housing assistance policies.
Maintain tenant information in the agency computer database system.
Manage a waitlist of applicants.
Maintain relationships with service providers and attend departmental meetings as required.
Participate in staff and agency management meetings.
Guide staff in line with CSO’s mission, values, and operating strategies.
Provide reliable, trauma‑informed service to staff and external customers in a timely manner.
Support a high‑performance, team‑oriented environment in collaboration with the Agency Management team, supporting CEO‑approved goals.
Background
Produce required reports for federal, state, and local agencies to benefit tenants.
High School Diploma or GED (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
Computer proficiency.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
