This role supports brand equity and consumer engagement for Universal Television Entertainment properties.
Job Description The Brand Strategy & Consumer Engagement Associate Manager contributes to the development, execution, and analysis of multiplatform marketing campaigns that build brand equity and drive consumer engagement.
Essential Responsibilities
Drive marketing efforts across entertainment titles, implementing strategy, managing campaigns, and gathering results to build brand equity and engagement.
Serve as a funnel of information, proactively gathering marketing elements, understanding production needs, and aligning creative voice with cultural context.
Collaborate with media, social, sales, programming, publicity, production, internal creative, and agencies to create innovative, impactful multiplatform campaigns that meet audience targets.
Act as a point of contact with external agencies and partners, leading communication, building relationships, providing strategic/creative feedback, and managing approvals.
Maintain project tracking for multiple workstreams and deliverables to meet deadlines.
Qualifications Basic Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree
Willingness to work in Los Angeles, CA
2+ years marketing experience, preferably in entertainment/media, covering strategy development, campaign execution/management, or social/digital fundamentals
Availability for overtime, atypical hours, some weekends, and short‑notice travel
Desired Characteristics
Flawless visual storytelling and data visualization skills (PowerPoint, Keynote, etc.)
Excellent critical thinking, business writing, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail
Confident, driven self‑starter who maintains a positive work environment
Passion for television, entertainment, and consumer marketing with an understanding of cultural trends and consumer mindsets
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑volume, ever‑changing environment
Cross‑functional thinker who collaborates with internal teams across every campaign phase
Strong project management and organizational skills
Strategic thinker and creative problem‑solver
Enthusiastic team player who takes accountability and ownership of all work they manage and produce
Additional Requirements
Hybrid work: a minimum of three office days per week (four days per week starting January 5, 2026). The company reserves the right to change in‑office requirements.
Eligible for company‑sponsored benefits, including medical, dental, vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and various discounts. Salary range: $65,000 – $80,000.
