Job Description We are looking for a dynamic and inspirational Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the store. You will use your outstanding coaching and mentoring skills to lead by example, modelling the behaviours that the sales team need to demonstrate in order to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalised customer service to achieve all sales and customer service targets.
You will also use your flair for retail and cash handling experience to carry out essential start and end of day cash reconciliation and will have responsibility for opening and closing the store on a rota basis.
This role is ideal for an ambitious self‑starter with previous retail experience looking for their first supervisory experience, and offers a career path with a leader in prestige beauty.
Responsibilities
Assist the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in daily operations.
Coach and mentor the sales team to meet sales and customer service targets.
Manage cash handling, start and end of day reconciliation.
Open and close the store following a rota.
Provide inspirational, authentic, and personalised customer service.
Qualifications
Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics.
Experience in cash reconciliation and store opening/closing.
Experience in supervising and coaching others.
Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events.
Familiarity with retail point‑of‑sale software.
Must be able to provide proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to interview.
