Build the Future with Us — EquipmentShare is hiring a Territory Account Manager at our rental facility in Cibolo, TX. We’re looking for someone who’s ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, and help us build the future of construction. Territory Account Managers will be responsible for expanding our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals. Core Solutions branches offer construction equipment rentals including aerial equipment, earth moving equipment, material handling equipment and more. Pay:
$70,000 - $400,000+ Total Compensation (uncapped commission with no market restrictions + base salary) Responsibilities
Territory management of a geographical area. Responsible for the full sales strategy execution from market analysis, sales forecasting, pipeline management and revenue growth, through contract negotiation and customer retention. Quickly respond to inbound leads and requests. Familiar with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. New business development and client acquisition/account development. Expand our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals. Educate them on how EquipmentShare can help save them money, make more money, and operate more efficiently. Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure customers are 100 percent satisfied with the level of service and support. Keep them up-to-date about new or additional ways EquipmentShare can help improve their business with our solutions. Promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, complaints or other communications. Conduct sales presentations to prospective and existing customers. Develop new sales strategies and techniques to increase market share and improve the customer experience. Why EquipmentShare?

Tenacious, innovative, with a proven outside sales track record Must be able to lift, carry, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance Heavy Construction Equipment or Industry knowledge (rental or construction) with B2B sales experience; training available if needed Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills Technical aptitude to adapt to a fast-paced growing company and stay educated on EquipmentShare products and services Competitive, self-motivated, results-driven, and team-oriented Ability to manage strategic and national accounts A Workplace For All
