Entry Level Sales and Marketing Representative
Disciple Distributions is a marketing and sales firm that partners with clients to promote products and services through face‑to‑face marketing and in‑person events. We are currently hiring Entry‑Level Sales & Marketing Representatives to support ongoing campaigns and customer engagement efforts.
This position is ideal for individuals looking to gain experience in sales, marketing, and customer interaction. No prior experience or degree is required—training is provided.
Job Responsibilities
Interact with customers at retail locations and promotional events
Represent assigned brands in a professional and positive manner
Explain product features, promotions, and services to customers
Provide customer support and answer basic product‑related questions
Assist with sales transactions when applicable
Help increase brand awareness and customer engagement
Work with team leaders to meet daily and weekly performance goals
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable interacting with customers face‑to‑face
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work in a team‑oriented environment
Reliable and punctual
Flexible availability preferred
Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is helpful but not required
