The Sales Coordinator assists the dealership sales team in finding specific vehicles, responding to customers, supporting the sales process, and following up with customers after vehicle purchase. The role requires a strong understanding of the latest industry trends, vehicle features, and benefits.
Responsibilities
Assist sales team in locating specific vehicles for customers
Respond to customer inquiries and provide information on vehicle options
Support the sales process from lead to close
Follow up with customers after vehicle purchase to ensure satisfaction
