Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Showroom Sales Specialist, located at our Los Angeles showroom. The Showroom Sales Specialist will engage with customers to provide exceptional service, guide them through purchasing decisions, and create customized solutions to meet their design needs. Responsibilities include managing showroom displays, maintaining an in‑depth knowledge of our product offerings, assisting with interior design consultations, and fostering long‑term relationships with clients to achieve sales objectives.
Qualifications
Professional experience in showrooms and familiarity with luxury furniture or design brands
Strong communication skills to effectively engage with diverse customers and collaborate with team members
Proven customer service skills with a focus on providing a personalized and exceptional experience
Sales expertise with the ability to build client relationships and drive results
Knowledge or background in interior design and creating visually appealing spaces
Passion for design, attention to detail, and a creative mindset
Proficiency with showroom presentation and inventory organization
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience preferred
