Assistant House Manager
Location:

Hourly Wage:
$25.00/hr
Responsibilities
Assist in developing maximum independence, responsibility, and self‑worth for residents
Integrate quality-of-life principles into daily management and program development
Prepare and implement program goals, service plans, progress reports, and treatment plans
Nurture positive relationships with residents, families, guardians, and service providers
Provide appropriate healthcare, medical and dental support and promote healthy lifestyle choices
Create a motivating climate and supportive working relationships
Maintain case records and program reports
Supervisory Responsibilities
Supervise and assign duties to direct‑care staff when the house manager is unavailable
Carry the emergency cell phone and attend to program emergencies promptly
Attend administrative and clinical team meetings in the house manager’s absence
Train and orient new employees to the residential program
Address and resolve conflicts in a timely manner
Perform other administrative and managerial duties as assigned by management

Minimum Requirements
Must be at least 18 years old
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
High school diploma and basic computer skills
Related college degree and/or at least one year of experience
Experience working with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities (plus)
