Siding Sales Specialist
to lead the charge in selling
James Hardie fiber cement siding
in the Omaha market.
This role is perfect for someone who understands consultative selling, takes pride in premium products, and wants to build a real book of business—not just chase one‑off jobs.
About the Role As our
Siding Sales Specialist , you’ll focus exclusively on
James Hardie siding projects —from full replacements to complete exterior transformations. You’ll work closely with experienced
project managers, estimators, production teams, and James Hardie representatives
to deliver a best‑in‑class customer experience and high‑quality results.
What You’ll Do
Sell James Hardie siding to homeowners and property owners
Conduct in‑home and on‑site consultations
Educate customers on product options, design, and long‑term value
Build estimates and proposals with internal support
Manage your pipeline from first contact through contract
Network locally and generate your own opportunities
Represent Royalty Roofing with professionalism and integrity
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication and follow‑up skills
Self‑motivated and accountable
Comfortable managing your own schedule and pipeline
Experience with siding or building materials is a plus (James Hardie experience is a big plus, but not required)
