About The Account Manager – Viasat MarketStar is looking for an Account Manager to support our Viasat team.

You will be responsible for managing and growing established relationships with digital advertising clients within the in-flight connectivity sector.

While our sales representatives drive the initial full-cycle process, the Account Manager steps in to provide strategic oversight, ensuring long-term client success and maximizing revenue potential from a dedicated book of business.

This is an opportunity to manage high-value partnerships for a trailblazing internet provider that is revolutionizing the way airlines and passengers stay connected globally.

Location: Ogden, UT – Hybrid

What Will You Do?

Act as the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of high-value Viasat advertising clients.

Drive post-sale account growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.

Execute strategic account reviews to ensure client objectives are met and long-term satisfaction is maintained.

Monitor account health and performance metrics to proactively address potential churn and maximize retention.

Partner with the initial sales team to ensure a seamless hand-off and onboarding process for new customers.

Lead complex presentations and performance reports that demonstrate the ROI of Viasat’s connectivity solutions.

Deliver against quarterly and annual revenue retention and expansion targets.

Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to resolve technical or campaign-related issues for clients.

Maintain accurate records in CRM to track account lifecycle stages and forecast future revenue streams.

Other applicable duties as assigned.

What Will You Need to Succeed?

Proven track record in Account Management or high-level B2B Sales; experience in digital advertising or Adtech is highly preferred.

Demonstrated ability to manage complex client relationships and influence stakeholders at various levels.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and translate it into a strategic growth plan.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, particularly in virtual and phone-based environments.

Ability to handle high‑pressure situations, objections, and complex problem‑solving for established clients.

Highly organized with the ability to manage a diverse book of business and meet strict deadlines.

Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and the Microsoft Office/Google Workspace suites.

Collaborative mindset with a history of working across organizations to drive client success.

Previous experience in a technology-driven or aviation‑adjacent sales environment is a plus.
