Demonstrate Sales Leadership: set a high benchmark in sales, inspiring your team with your results.
Focus on Mentorship: utilize your leadership and training background to nurture new talent, sharing knowledge and passion.
Sustain Sales Engagement: balance mentorship with ongoing personal sales, demonstrating effective leadership through active participation.
Ideal Candidate / Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of full-time experience in sales, customer service, or interactive roles.
Demonstrated experience and passion for leadership, management, training, or teaching.
Exceptional ability to communicate, connect, and inspire a diverse team.
Consistent record of surpassing goals and targets.
Efficient in managing dual roles in sales and mentorship.
Able to pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
Has an active driver's license and reliable transportation.
Compensation & Benefits
Comprehensive classroom and field training program.
Weekly draw pay option plus commissions (no caps and short sales cycle - 3 business days) as well as monthly cash sales bonuses, quarterly stock share bonuses, incentive trips, and vested renewal commissions.
