Inside Sales Insurance Specialist (W2, Remote)
Hourly base plus performance bonuses. Life and Health license preferred. This role is full‑time, Monday through Friday.
Important Role Overview This high‑volume outbound calling role requires you to actively dial, follow up, and convert member conversations into enrollments. While leads are provided, inbound or appointment‑setting activities are minimal; consistent outbound activity drives success.

What You Will Do
Make 150+ outbound calls per day using provided lead lists.
Spend the majority of the day dialing, speaking with members, and following up.
Deliver scripted, consultative phone sales presentations.
Educate members on supplemental Life & Health products and complete enrollments.
Handle inbound calls as volume allows, with outbound still primary.
Accurately document all activity in Salesforce and maintain a personal pipeline.
Meet daily activity expectations and monthly performance goals.
Provide a professional, compliant, member‑focused experience on every call.
Work Environment Structured, metrics‑driven call center with clear daily expectations for call volume, talk time, conversions, and documentation accuracy. Success requires consistency, resilience, and comfort with repetition.
