We are hiring Inside Sales Representatives for a high-end, consultative call center environment. This role requires a polished, empathetic phone presence and experience handling high call volume while delivering a white-glove client experience.
Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls and outbound follow-ups
Convert qualified leads into in-person consultations
Schedule, reschedule, and re-engage appointments
Deliver a compassionate, professional customer experience
Document interactions accurately in CRM systems
Partner with internal specialists to support the client journey
Requirements
3+ years call center experience (required)
Appointment setting or consultative sales experience
Strong communication and follow-through
Bilingual Spanish is a plus
Schedule Training (first 2 weeks):
Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
After training:
Tuesday–Saturday, 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
One rotating weekday off
