Data Entry Clerk II

to work with our Managed Care Client!

Pay Rate:

$18.50/hour

Shift:

Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm MST

This is a fully remote role but candidates must reside in New Mexico

This position provides clerical support and performs tasks necessary for maintenance of files and various databases.The role performs primarily intake and data entry functions.

Job Responsibilities (but not limited to):

Ongoing communication and collaboration within a team framework. Access to multiple internal and external platforms simultaneously for online report access and review, data search, and report correction. Data entry required. Calling agencies for report clarifications or report submission. Providing education in Critical Incident reporting. Email communication with internal and external stakeholders. Performs tasks within the required time frames according to policy and procedures. Prepares and submits task update reports and reviews documents for general application information accuracy. Provides confidential administrative and clerical support to Directors(s) in a professional, helpful and positive manner. Required Education/Experience/Licensure:

High School Diploma or GED 2+ years of experience in a clerical position, preferably healthcare related Strong organization skills, Excel skills Experience with data entry of alpha-numeric information Ability to maintain attendance to support required quality and quantity of work Maintain confidentiality and comply with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) Ability to establish and maintain positive and effective work relationships with coworkers, clients, members, providers and customers
