Customer Sales and Service Representative

Your Responsibilities Will Include, But Are Not Limited To
Answer incoming calls and respond to requests about installation, disconnection, or changes to service.
Build confidence and loyalty through thoughtful listening and deep product knowledge.
Identify customer needs and proactively offer our products and services to meet monthly sales goals while delivering an outstanding experience.
Investigate and resolve inquiries on service, billing, rates, adjustments, and policy issues.
Respond to requests about Verizon products and services.
Verify order accuracy and make corrections/changes as needed.
Negotiate collection of overdue bills.
Work evenings, weekends, holidays, and unscheduled shifts as required.
Manage multiple systems and work tools while engaging customers on the phone.
What we’re looking for… You are a consultative salesperson energized by sales goals and building relationships. You enjoy learning about customers, business challenges, and industry trends. You thrive in fast‑paced, urgent environments, juggle multiple priorities, and diffuse sensitive situations with empathy and clear communication. You own customer concerns and deliver exceptional service while driving daily sales targets.
Even Better If You Have
Related Associate Degree or 2+ years of relevant experience.
Customer service call‑center experience.
Previous collections experience.
Experience selling products and services.
Strong communication skills.
Detail‑oriented communication ability.
You must live within 75 miles of the current reporting location for the life of the contract. We reserve the right to request attendance at office locations for team huddles, meetings, etc.
