Overview

Account Executive - Customer Growth at EcoVadis in New York City, NY, USA. The Sales team is growing, with a collaborative, challenging, and creative culture focused on quality and achievement. EcoVadis offers development and career advancement opportunities for sales team members. The Customer Growth team grows revenue and prevents churn with the existing customer base and is a global part of the Sales organization. Responsibilities

Secure and grow revenue through timely renewal of contracts in the assigned territory, pairing with internal partners such as Sales and Customer Success to secure contracts and generate incremental revenue through upsell and cross-sell. Maximize revenue growth at renewal while minimizing revenue attrition; identify the most favorable contract terms and additional product growth opportunities. Develop and implement successful negotiation strategies. Partner with Customer Success, Partner teams, and Marketing to understand and develop a clear growth strategy for the territory. Maintain an accurate forecast of incremental revenue, identify at-risk renewals, and develop strategies to drive timely closure of contracts. Collaborate with management and other internal partners to continuously improve the sales motion and internal processes. Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience selling or serving SaaS or enterprise solutions to F1000 companies. Proven success in achieving goals/targets/KPIs in Sales or Account Management. Ability to lead full-cycle sales processes involving multiple stakeholders and to rapidly identify and build relationships with decision-makers. Proven ability to engage and manage C-level and Executive relationships. Experience selling to Procurement, ESG, Sustainability, Compliance, and Supply Chain personas. Strong objection-handling skills and experience with value-based contract negotiations. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional and international teams. Proficiency with Sales Navigator and Salesloft is a plus. Exceptional presentation and communication skills. Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset. Additional Information
