As a Home Health Aide with Affirmed Home Care, you will support clients in maintaining safety, comfort, and independence within their homes by providing high-quality, personalized care.Key Responsibilities Assist with personal care and grooming Provide medication reminders Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation Offer companionship and meaningful engagement Qualifications Minimum 1 year of HHA experience Valid New Jersey Home Health Aide Certificate Authorization to work in the United States Current physical exam (within the last 1 year) Valid PPD or QuantiFERON (within 1 year) or chest X-ray (within 5 years) Proof of MMR immunization (within 10 years) Proof of flu vaccination or approved medical exemption Driver's license preferred Why Choose Us
