Piper Companies is seeking an experienced Product Manager in Pharmaceutical Marketing (Oncology/Biosimilars) to lead brand strategy for a key oncology/biosimilar product. This role is based onsite in East Windsor, NJ and offers an exciting opportunity to drive commercial success, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and ensure compliance in a highly regulated environment.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute brand strategy.
Act as HCP lead, coordinating contracts between account teams, sales reps, and healthcare professionals.
Navigate the Promotional Review Committee (PRC) process to ensure timely approval of marketing materials.
Collaborate with regulatory and agency partners to maintain FDA compliance.
Support payer strategy and field engagement initiatives.
Travel approximately 30% for congresses, advisory boards, and field visits (no international travel).
Qualifications
3–5 years of pharma/biotech experience, including proven experience as a Product Manager.
Deep understanding of the PRC process and regulatory compliance.
Bachelor’s degree in business, science, or related discipline.
Strong communication and project management skills.
Compensation
Salary Range: $130,000 – $140,000/year
Work Environment: Onsite 4 days/week in East Windsor, NJ
