This role requires exceptional project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively under pressure in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.

Writing and Editing:

Contribute to content development, including drafting executive summaries and editing technical sections for clarity and consistency, and proofreading the entire document for grammar, syntax, and adherence to style guides.

Document Production:

Organize and format final proposal documents, ensuring consistent branding and presentation, and managing the electronic or physical delivery process.

Resource Management:

Maintain and update a central repository of boilerplate text, past performance data, project descriptions, and staff resumes for easy reuse.

Meeting Facilitation:

Coordinate and lead proposal kick‑off meetings, progress check‑ins, and review sessions (e.g., Pink Team, Red Team) to gather feedback and ensure alignment.

Process Improvement:

Participate in post‑submission debriefs to capture lessons learned and recommend improvements to the overall proposal process and tools.
