The opportunity As a Community Associate, you’ll work closely with new and existing customers across a myriad of industries, creating and maintaining your own community within your center. Your role involves handling administrative and support needs so that customers can focus on running their business.
A typical day at IWG Arrive a few minutes before your center opens to ensure everything is ready and double‑check that cleaners have cleared any missed items. Throughout the morning, you’ll answer customer requests such as changing Wi‑Fi codes, tracking packages, guiding meetings, setting up projectors, and ensuring services and invoices are accurate. Coffee breaks are taken briefly, and you’ll manage mail, resolve additional requests, and keep invoices correct. Afternoons bring more customer service, including printing, invoice help, and opening tickets in the service portal for hot rooms. You’ll also collaborate with the Community Manager to organize networking events, send e‑invites, create posters, and promote the community to potential members. At day’s end, you’ll help wrap meeting rooms, suggest nearby dining options, tidy the space, and prepare for the next day.
About You
A good communicator, able to build strong professional relationships and empathize with people’s needs (ideally 1+ year of customer service experience).
Happy taking ownership of problems and finding ways to solve them.
Positive, enthusiastic, and adaptable to fast‑changing situations.
Experience and confidence using MS Office and basic IT equipment.
Legally eligible to work in the country you are applying to and at least 18 years old.
