Sr. Product Marketing Specialist, Customer First Lifecycle

plays a pivotal role in shaping how Okta engages, retains, and grows its customer base. This role is responsible for building scalable engagement models, designing customer lifecycle programs, and embedding value storytelling across touchpoints to help customers realize the full potential of the Okta platform. You’ll collaborate with Sales, Customer First, Marketing, and Support teams to create seamless, value-driven experiences and programs that strengthen customer relationships, drive adoption, and fuel expansion. The ideal candidate is data-driven, customer-obsessed, and able to translate complex concepts into clear, outcome-focused narratives. Success is measured through tangible business impact: increased adoption, higher retention, and meaningful expansion across Okta’s customer base.
