The Cytek Technical Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and closing new business opportunities in academic, clinical research, and bio-pharma labs, with a focus on technical expertise in flow cytometry.
This role will be responsible for achieving the financial objectives of the Germany territory, by effectively identifying and supporting scientists in making beneficial/optimal decisions when purchasing flow cytometry equipment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for technical sales, pre & post-sales support, marketing and technical feedback, and customer satisfaction relative to sales activities Understand and address the technical and application needs of customers and match those needs with the sales of appropriate equipment Coordinate and conduct in-lab demonstrations, perform post-sale follow-up visits to ensure customer satisfaction, and work as a liaison between Field Service, and R&D to address customer equipment performance needs Manage administrative duties as assigned: monitoring expenses to budget, timely administrative activity reporting, providing internal feedback regarding competitive products, adhering to OHSA and Universal Lab precautions Generate and follow up on leads by participating in regional, and national meetings as directed by Sales Management. Activities include pre-meeting display setup if necessary; meeting support, post-meeting display disassembly as needed. REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
