Senior Global Executive Headhunter | Personal Care and HI&I Chemicals We’re looking for a Sales Manager Personal Care to strengthen our team in Germany. In this role, you'll be the key link with our customers, ensuring smooth processes, excellent service, and continued business growth in the personal care sector.
Scope of your role
Be the main point of contact for customers, delivering service excellence.
Identify and develop new customers and markets for our personal care portfolio.
Own the quote-to-order process and coordinate with internal teams to guarantee on-time delivery.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers.
Track and follow up on quotes and manage sales activities in our BRM system.
Deliver accurate, timely sales information to both customers and principals.
About You
2+ years of sales experience, ideally in raw materials or personal care.
Fluency in German and English is a must.
Familiarity with personal care ingredients, formulations, or applications is a big plus.
A motivated, goal-oriented, and positive personality with technical know-how.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Great organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Willingness to travel intensively within the region.
