The Sous Chef supports the Executive Chef, leading a team of culinary professionals to deliver high-quality food, maintain safety, sanitation, and profitability, and drive top‑line sales and guest experience.
Base Pay Range $62,000 – $75,000 per year
Responsibilities
Assist the Executive Chef in menu execution and culinary standards.
Lead and develop a kitchen team, ensuring proper food safety and sanitation procedures.
Contribute to sales and guest count by delivering a superior guest experience.
Manage quality across all kitchen operations.
Job Requirements
Proven success as a Sous Chef, Executive Sous Chef, or Kitchen Manager in a high‑volume upscale or high‑end resort restaurant.
Strong passion for culinary excellence, wine knowledge, and service.
Proven ability to develop and manage a team.
Knowledge of systems, methods, and processes that contribute to great execution.
Stable job history demonstrating upward career progression.
