Role Description This is a full‑time remote role for a Sales Specialist at National Income Life Insurance Company. Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong customer relationships, educating clients about supplemental life and health insurance products, assisting in identifying customer needs, and presenting tailored solutions. The role also involves managing sales processes, participating in training sessions, and ensuring customer satisfaction in the delivery of services to members and families of labor unions, credit unions, and associations.

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and effectively convey information to clients.

Customer service experience and a commitment to providing excellent client care.

Sales skills and experience, with the ability to manage sales processes and meet targets.

Experience in training and mentoring others or sales management is beneficial.

Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.

No prior sales experience required, as comprehensive training will be provided.
