What Success Looks Like

Provide overarching admissions strategies and individualized plans for students, leading the Crimson team.

Maintain expert knowledge of curricula, extracurriculars, summer programs, and standardized test planning.

Guide students and parents to attainable school goals and best‑fit schools.

Conduct formal consulting sessions bi‑monthly, documenting notes and action items.

Communicate with students and families between sessions via email and other channels.

Facilitate or lead marketing materials for seminars or local market expos.

Collaborate with local sales teams to support client investment.

Assist with product and resource development initiatives.

What Skills And Experience You’ll Need

Graduated from a Top 30 US University; Ivy League strongly preferred.

At least 3 years of 1:1 undergraduate admissions consulting with 40+ students.

Deep industry knowledge of admissions consulting and the US university landscape.

Passion for coaching young adults and appreciation of global perspectives.

Superior planning and organisational skills; experience in project management, event coordination, or product management is a plus.

Strong written and oral communication skills.

Resilience when working independently under pressure.
