Location: Flexible within the central US region

About the Role We’re looking for a driven and self-motivated individual with a background in Molecular Biology to join the team as a

Product Sales Specialist . You will have the chance to leverage your scientific expertise in a commercial setting, helping to expand our presence in the Biotech, biopharmaceutical, Industrial, and Academic sectors across the East Coast.

In this role, you’ll work closely with a small, agile team, where your input will make an immediate impact. You’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and providing tailored solutions from our cutting-edge scientific instruments portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Drive revenue growth to achieve a target of $2.4 million annually.

Engage with customers through virtual and in-person meetings, product demonstrations, presentations, and industry events.

Identify new business opportunities and develop long-term relationships with key customers and partners cross the territory

Provide technical support throughout the sales process, from pre-sales consultations to post-sales support.

Train and support distributor sales reps to ensure maximum product visibility and sales performance across the region.

What We’re Looking For

Education:

An MSc or PhD in a Molecular biology-related field

Experience:

Mindset:
