H&M Sales Advisor Seasonal - Westbrook Outlets
As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, welcoming and guiding customers through the store & office environment, supporting them with direct customer service and ensuring customers receive all relevant information for the best experience. You will also work on garment refill & care, presentation and contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house, working closely with the rest of your store team to deliver an excellent customer experience.
A Day in the Life
Provide excellent customer service: welcoming and guiding customers through the store & OMNI experience where available, supporting them with direct customer service.
Engage and have conversations with customers to provide excellent service.
Guide customers through our fashion trends, stories & products in all areas of the store.
Promote and sell our products effectively.
Actively promote our Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) & in-store sustainability initiatives.
Represent yourself and the H&M brand positively during all customer interactions.
Support commercial or operational actions to reach sales targets with store management team.
Maintain garment care, fitting room and checkout operations according to best practice.
Ensure a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house including stockrooms.
Support garment presentation and maintain attractive displays according to visual & commercial guidelines.
Ensure stock levels with replenishment routines on the sales floor.
Follow all H&S guidelines and legal requirements applicable to the role.
Support opening and closing of the store.
Qualifications
Passionate about fashion and independent of all brands created in-store.
Motivated to give customers an excellent experience.
Communicative, creative, curious, motivated, flexible, decisive and action‑oriented.
Enjoy working in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
Sales experience in a dynamic and collaborative environment that can be applied to the role.
Experience with customer service in fashion, retail or other service‑related industries.
