Key Responsibilities
Prospect and close new commercial HVAC projects and service contracts.
Build relationships with owners, property managers, GCs, and engineers.
Respond to RFPs, prepare bids, and present proposals.
Manage pipeline and achieve annual sales targets.
Qualifications
5+ years documented commercial HVAC sales experience.
Proven track record closing large projects.
Existing Tampa market contacts strongly preferred.
Technical HVAC knowledge and clean driving record.
