Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a New Home Counselor located in San Antonio, TX. The New Home Sales Counselor is responsible for guiding prospective homebuyers through the sales process, from initial contact to closing. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of the homebuilding process, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences while meeting sales goals.

Pay Rate:

$3,000 Draw for first 3 months plus 2.25% commission

Key Responsibilities

Greet and qualify prospective buyers, understanding their needs and preferences.

Provide detailed information about available homes, communities, and features.

Sales Process Management

Conduct model home tours and explain floor plans, pricing, and options.

Assist customers with financing options and connect them with preferred lenders.

Prepare and present purchase agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies.

Relationship Building

Maintain ongoing communication with buyers throughout the construction process.

Provide updates on timelines, milestones, and closing details.

Market Knowledge

Stay informed about local real estate trends, competitor offerings, and community developments.

Administrative Duties

Accurately record customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.

Coordinate with construction and design teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Proven experience in sales, real estate, or customer service (homebuilding experience a plus).

Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Customer-focused mindset with a passion for helping families find their dream home.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Competitive Draw salary plus commission.
