Sales Specialist - Hennen's at HOM Furniture

Pay: $18-$24 per hour
Employment type: Part-time
Responsibilities
Customer-focused sales, following HOM Furniture’s proven sales method.
Listen to and adhere to a client’s needs in terms of style, price, timeline, and other factors.
Maintain high accuracy with writing invoices, special orders, and customer follow‑up.
Ensure an exceptional experience for all who work with you.
Keep the client informed with any changes that may happen in design, manufacturing, or delivery process after an order is placed.
Stay informed on all new and existing product lines to provide accurate information to clients.
Assist in maintaining the appearance of the sales floor by dusting and vacuuming when necessary.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements
Must be working toward or have a high school diploma or GED; 2‑year or 4‑year college degree preferred.
Minimum of 2 years exceptional customer service experience required.
Big‑ticket top writer commission sales experience preferred (e.g., home furnishings, automotive, recreational vehicles, appliances).
Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
