Responsibilities
Create detailed business plans designed to attain predetermined goals and quotas
Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal
Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long-term partnerships
Present products to prospective clients
Provide professional after-sales support to maximize customer loyalty
Remain in regular contact with your clients to understand and meet their needs
Respond to complaints and resolve issues to the customer’s satisfaction and to maintain the company’s reputation
Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data
Qualifications
Enthusiastic and passionate
Organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
Knowledge of CRM software is a plus
Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles
Proven experience as an Account Executive, or similar sales/customer service role
Job Highlights
Remote‑first position with flexibility; travel to client sites required on an as‑needed basis (ideal candidates are located near a major airport) approximately 25%–35% travel in local region + up to 15% across North America)
Permanent, full‑time position
3–9 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within manufacturing, industrial, or software environments
Proven hunter mindset with experience owning the full sales cycle and sourcing your own pipeline
Ability to manage multiple active deals simultaneously in a fast‑moving sales environment
Comfortable using sales and prospecting tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn, dialers, and other outbound platforms
Confident, self‑motivated, and thrives in a high‑growth, startup‑style environment
Compensation
$90,000 - $115,000 / year
