Key Responsibilities
Perform member service duties, including fielding inbound inquiries and consulting members on credit union products.
Advocate loan promotions, products, and supplemental services to enhance members’ financial well‑being.
Open, close, and assist members with various accounts and loan products, ensuring accurate data entry and verification.
Originate consumer loan applications, order credit reports, determine collateral value, analyze information, and verify data with creditors, applicants, and employers.
Understand and sell a range of loan products, including debt protection, GAP insurance, mechanical repair coverage, and other ancillary products.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent and 6+ months of experience in a financial institution or related field.
Strong customer‑service orientation and excellent communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a results‑driven mindset.
