What You’ll Do As a Personal Care Specialist As a Personal Care Specialist, you’ll provide essential daily living assistance and companionship. Responsibilities will vary based on client needs and may include:
Personal Care Assistance: Helping with bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility to support clients’ independence.
Daily Living Support: Assisting with light housekeeping and meal preparation to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.
Transportation Services: Providing reliable rides to appointments, errands, and social activities.
Engaging Companionship: Offering conversation and participating in activities that brighten clients’ days.
Care Plan Adherence: Following detailed plans of care to ensure consistency and high-quality support.

What We’re Looking For
A valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
A clean driving record.
Prior experience in home care is a plus, though not required—comprehensive training is provided.
