Responsibilities
Build marketing campaigns to support specific objectives across channels and segments in alignment with the strategic marketing plan.
Determine tactical plans, target audiences, media markets, and allocate campaign budgets.
Identify if sales incentive programs are needed; design, implement, and analyze these programs.
Establish timelines and manage customer acquisition, retention, and growth strategies to hit gross‑add and revenue targets.
Lead the execution of campaigns from start to finish, partnering with creative teams, product management, and external agencies.
Analyze campaign results, optimize tactics, and implement changes based on data.
Allocate and monitor the annual marketing budget to achieve financial goals.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (or higher) or 4+ years of professional work experience.
4+ years in marketing, advertising, or product management.
2+ years in competitive marketing and branding strategy, working with in‑house creative teams and/or managing external agencies.
2+ years managing multi‑channel marketing campaigns and tactics.
Other Qualifications
Telecommunications or cable experience preferred.
Broad working knowledge of pricing and/or promotional analysis and statistical reporting.
Ability to analyze sales and marketing initiatives for success, profitability, retention, and customer satisfaction.
Project management, product management, and/or process administration experience.
Familiarity with inbound and outbound telephone sales.
Excellent organizational, teamwork, written, and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with PC applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and database software.
