Responsibilities

Assist the chef in preparing all meals.

Prepare and set out ingredients for use throughout the day.

Label, stock, and inventory all ingredients.

Follow recipes and prepare dishes.

Sanitize and prepare equipment and workstations for cooking.

Help prepare and clean up the kitchen.

Maintain kitchen and dining area cleanliness and organization.

Wash dishes when necessary.

Qualifications

Experience working as a prep cook or in a similar role.

Great attention to detail.

Ability to multitask effectively.

Good verbal communication skills.

Work well independently as part of a high‑functioning team.

Available shifts and compensation: Flexible shifts. Compensation is $14.00 – $17.00/hour.

About The Hideout Lodge & Guest Ranch The Hideout Lodge & Guest Ranch is an all‑inclusive, upscale riding and horsemanship guest ranch limited to approximately 22 guests weekly with a 6‑night stay. Guests arrive on Sunday and leave Saturday morning. The ranch offers a very personal, small, and intimate experience.
