Pay & Benefits
4–6 weeks of paid on-the-road training with a certified mentor
$300 orientation pay added to your first solo check
$0.56 CPM on all miles once training is complete
Average solo pay around $1,300-$1,400 per week
1,600–2,200 miles per week
100% no-touch freight with roughly 50% drop and hook
Full benefits after 30 days including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), and PTO
Rider and pet policy available after upgrading to solo
Schedule & Home Time

Home every 14 days for two full days off once solo
Requirements
CDL-A from an accredited school with at least 120 hours
Minimum age 21
No DUIs within the past 5 years
Clean MVR with no major violations in the last 3 years
Must pass both hair and urine drug screens
Steady employment history with limited gaps
