Associate Brand Manager, Prestige
Join Pernod Ricard to manage premium brands in the Prestige portfolio, including Redbreast, Midleton Very Rare, and Royal Salute.
Position Summary
High‑exposure brand management role within Pernod Ricard’s acclaimed Prestige portfolio.
Lead tactical execution and assist with strategic brand plan development for Redbreast, Midleton Very Rare, and Royal Salute.
Expose to broader Prestige Portfolio experiential events and in‑store programs.
Responsible for business analysis, budget management, cross‑functional team leadership, and supporting brand planning & content creation.
Report to the Brand Director, Prestige & Redbreast; work with SBM, Prestige Whiskey.
Major Responsibilities / Accountabilities
Strategic Planning: Assist in developing and delivering the annual operating plan and breakthrough consumer programs.
Entrepreneurial & Consumer‑centric Mindset: Deliver and iterate plans with a resourceful mindset.
Innovation: Support long‑term innovation pipeline development.
Social Media Management: Manage US social channel with agency and global brand team support.
Collaboration & Integration: Lead cross‑functional and agency teams; build relationships with Commercial Sales and Brand Ambassador teams.
Analysis, Reporting, & Implications: Lead market, competitor, and consumer trend analysis; support financial accountability and P&L analysis.
Research: Analyze and derive implications to ensure marketing programs meet KPIs.
Brand Champion: Present and advocate internally and externally.
Required Experience / Competencies
3+ years of marketing experience, preferably brand management.
Preferred experience in CPG or BevAlc categories.
Strong financial, business, and analytical acumen; proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Nielsen/IRI.
Experience building and executing 360 marketing programs.
Excellent project management skills.
Entrepreneurial ability, bias for action, and pilot‑learn‑scale approach.
Team collaboration, motivation, and leadership skills.
Strong verbal, written, and executive presentation skills.
Education
Minimum: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), ideally Marketing/Business.
Preferred: MBA or advanced degree.
Nature & Scope
The position is part of the central marketing department; works with divisional marketing, sales, agencies, and vendors.
Based in New York City, NY.
May travel up to 15% of time.
