Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Apparel Designer, based in Spring Branch, TX. The Apparel Designer will be responsible for designing and developing fashion-forward apparel lines, ensuring high-quality trims, and maintaining a keen eye on textile trends and fabric selection. Responsibilities also include working on garment fittings, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and aligning designs with the brand's unique identity and vision.
Qualifications
Expertise in Fashion Design, with strong creative and technical skills to conceptualize and execute apparel collections
Proficiency in working with Textiles and understanding fabric properties, patterns, and materials
Experience with Trims, garment detailing, and ensuring quality finishes
Skill in Fitting and garment construction to deliver well-tailored products
Passion for fashion and the ability to keep up with industry trends
Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Experience with design software such as Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop is an advantage
Minimum of 5 years experience in the apparel design field
